Need to Know
For full transparency, we put forth the key commercial terms & charges upfront:
1. Min lease of 3 months (virtual office starts on 6-month with subsequent renewal on 12-month basis)
2. Two month’s security deposit (refundable)
3. Re-instatement fee of only $100/pax (does not cover damages)
4. Phone number reset fee of $30/pax (waived if lease >12 months)
5. Corporate logo production fee $250 (waived if leave >12 months)
6. Meeting room booking fee $10/hr for coworking/virtual office customers (free for dedicated seat customers)
7. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
8. All mails must be self-collected and only for documents no parcels;
We also have a simple set of house rules to comply with regarding food disposal, hygiene, etc to keep the office pleasant for better enjoyment by all tenants.
